About Me

In 2008, I started this blog as a place to store ideas and memories. Since then it has morphed a bit, as all creative things do, into its current form, which also includes my musings on teaching and on life, as well as some of the craft projects I've been busy with and occasional book reviews.

In short, I am a dabbler. A dabbler who has (quite likely) far too many interests. I am a mother, a teacher, a writer, a reader, a creator. I love to play with words and paper, with fabric and color. And I do a very good job every summer with distracting myself in books.
